Many people have asked what exactly the mother did or said that started the Father's custody and access descent into hell. The details were left off the original 2014-2017 versions of the website because the custody and access case was still ongoing.
Now that the case really is over, the site has since been updated with factual details including the deeply disturbing audio-recorded statements the mother made to the father. The updates below contain the unredacted and uncensored details of what actually happened during the custody and access case and the lengths that the unscrupulous mother went to.
Again, only the primary sources listed on the Main Page were used to write the updates below.
You are a piece of shit!
When the Judge at Settlement Conference #1 chastised you for letting the mother make so many false accusations, your lame response was that you "tried to make her stop." Seriously, that's your excuse? Against the wishes of so many people, the father will not 'out' the lawyer because the father understands that the lawyer has a job to do -- but you know who you are.
The father is a security expert whose first police-related case took place in 1994. As a result, the father had implemented several legal countermeasures to stop or help minimize the impact of your destructive tactics.
...you tried to destroy my relationship with my son, destroy my life, and destroy my family. I will get back on my feet financially some day -- but I have my son and fighting for him was worth it.
...so mother, you know who you are. Like your lawyer, you're a piece of shit too -- feel free to contest any of the 100% factual statements on this site.
...and oh yeah... FUCK YOU AND BETTER LUCK WITH YOUR NEXT VICTIM.
As many of you know, lengthy custody battles can take an enormous psychological and financial toll and in the father's case, it almost ended in bankruptcy. Because the father was unable to keep up with his bills as a result of the custody battle, the father's residence had 3 separate liens against it. In 2018, several months after the custody and access case was over, his residence was less than two weeks away from being auctioned off before the father was able to come up with the funds to pay off debts that had accumulated during the custody battle. The federal tax department placed "legal demands" on the father's business and personal accounts -- as a result, the father still does not have access to these accounts.
FINAL COST - $305,000
One day at around 5:00 PM, the father was making an audio recording of his son so that he could send the audio clip back to his parents and siblings who live 500 kilometers away. While the father was still recording, the mother stated that she wanted to discuss something with the father. The father walked toward the mother several feet away to hear what she had to say.
Keep in mind that the audio recording device continued to record as the mother and father spoke.
The audio recording device recorded the entire conversation between the mother and father.
Here is how the mother started the recorded conversation:
To state that the father was freaked out by this conversation would be an understatement.
So, what would have happened if a father had stated that he was a pedophile in a past life and his wife reported him to the authorities. It's not difficult to imagine what the reaction would have been by the Children’s Aid Society, the Police, and the Courts.
In the father's case, neither the Children's Aid Society nor the Police did anything despite the mother's recorded "pedophile" statements.
The mother continued to make equally disturbing and bizarre statements subsequent to her recorded "pedophile" statement. One morning before leaving for work, the father informed the mother that he would be calling a lawyer to discuss, among other things, her "pedophile" statements and her disturbing behaviour. Late that afternoon on the same day, the mother sent the father an email stating that she had gone into hiding with their son and made the bizarre claim that she feared for their safety.
In reality, she feared a Children’s Aid Society investigation that could have resulted from her "pedophile" statements. In order to reduce the likelihood of being investigated herself, the mother called the Police as well as the Children’s Aid Society and falsely alleged that the father had physically assaulted her and abused their son. During a recorded telephone conversation two days later, the mother confessed that the alleged physical abuse and assault never happened. But, her confession didn't stop the 3 month Police and Children's Aid Society investigation against the father that resulted from the mother's allegations. During the father’s Children’s Aid Society interview, he played the telephone recording for them and the case along with the Police case were closed in the father’s favour.
Let’s fast forward, for a moment, 2 years into the almost 4-year custody and access battle. At this point, the Court-appointed Clinical Psychologist has heard the recording. The Clinical Psychologist has given a copy of the recording to the mother so that she can respond to it. This is the first time that the mother has heard the recording of her making the "pedophile" statements. The mother doesn't deny making the deeply disturbing statements on the recording. In fact, the mother submits the following written, dated, and signed response to the Clinical Psychologist regarding her pedophile" statements:
Let her response sink in -- and imagine if the father had written and signed a response like that!
The Judge also chastised the mother’s lawyer for allowing the mother to make so many false allegations. The exchange between the Judge and the mother's lawyer went as follows:
What kind of a system allows an individual to make the same false allegation (causing multiple investigations) over and over and over and over and over and over and over again without any repercussions?
What "the system" did was investigate multiple false allegations that the mother made against the father and never questioned her motive nor her egregiously disturbing behaviour.
What good is this section of the Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46, Section 140 ) if it is not enforced against a parent who makes multiple false allegations of abuse against another parent?
